Bookings: terms and conditions

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Once you place an order on arubamobilespa.com and your card payment is approved, your appointment is booked for the date, time and location you chose, and we send your confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

We show prices in US dollars, and they include a portable massage table, linens and oils. In addition, a $10 travel fee per therapist is added at checkout. For groups, you choose how many therapists come, so the fee stays fair. You pay online by credit or debit card when you book. Group packages show a starting price, and we confirm the final quote before your day.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone, so we can offer the time to other guests. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we may move beach sessions indoors or reschedule them.

Your location

You are responsible for providing a suitable, clean and safe space for the treatment, as well as for any access arrangements required at your hotel, villa or residence. For example, some resorts ask guests to register visiting therapists at reception beforehand.

Health and conduct

Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or allergies when booking, so we can advise whether a treatment is suitable. Our services are professional wellness treatments in a calm, non-intimate and respectful environment. Therefore, any inappropriate behaviour ends the session immediately, with full payment due.
