Booking requests

Placing an order on arubamobilespa.com is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. We review your preferred date, time and location and confirm your appointment with you by WhatsApp, phone or email. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the therapist travelling to your location in Aruba, a portable massage table, linens and oils. Payment is currently collected in cash at your appointment. No payment is taken online.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp or phone so we can offer the time to other guests. Beach sessions may be moved indoors or rescheduled if weather conditions are unsuitable.

Your location

You are responsible for providing a suitable, clean and safe space for the treatment and for any access arrangements required at your hotel, villa or residence.

Health and conduct

Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or allergies when booking so we can advise whether a treatment is suitable. Our services are professional wellness treatments provided in a calm, non-intimate and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the session ending immediately with full payment due.
